The Pink Dandelion Project is a research project funded and developed to create a pink dandelion. The project will exist for ten weeks (June 1- July 31, 2009) in the Crane Arts Building in Philadelphia.
so... ok. I'll admit I haven't read your whole site. and I don't know that much about Dandelions. You may or may not know this... But I do know that there is (at least but probably only) one place here in the US that Pink Dandelions grow naturally. It's kept a bit of a secret by us locals. But they do grow in at least one place in the Rocky Mountains. I haven't seen them yet, work got in the way of my trip this year. But I'm planning on going on a photo expedition of sorts (hoping friends go that have horses :) next summer when they bloom. My dad tells me they're quite a sight. just thought you might want to know, in case you didn't.
